Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All vinyl record sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.
To start a return, you MUST contact us at support@sheethappenspublishing.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sheet Happens Publishing, 100 Sunrise Ave, Unit 134, North York, ON, M4A 1B3, CANADA.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for organizing your return shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Damages and issues
We take the quality of our products very seriously. We stock, pack, and ship meticulously safe so that your items show up unharmed! That being said, cosmetic defects or damages that do not impact the usability of the product itself is not covered by Sheet Happens. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for minor cosmetic defects or damages to vinyl/vinyl sleeves.
Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order if there is a major defect or issue with the actual functionality of your product and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All vinyl record sales are final.
Products with digital components (which have been downloaded), will only be eligible for refund on the physical portion of the order.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sheethappenspublishing.com.
